                      RCAC Accordion Scholarship

Our club is accepting applications for a $250.00 Student Accordion Scholarship. This scholarship is being funded by the proceeds from the raffle of a wood-carved accordion created by one of our members, Mr. Jim Feaster of Anchorage, Alaska. The scholarship is open to any accordion student 18 years of age and younger residing in Oregon, Washington or California. Applicants must currently be taking instruction from a recognized accordion instructor.

Applicants will be judged on accomplishments to date, potential for future progress and enthusiasm for playing the accordion. Teacher recommendation will also play prominently in the selection process. Application deadline is 01 March 2009.
